• On-Site Meetings – Our team will spend time with you to discuss schedule changes, answer any questions, and coordinate your selections such as colors, placement, and materials.
• Change Orders – All changes made to your specifications are documented by W.Boutros & Co., who will notify all parties involved in or affected by these alterations.
• Site Supervisor – We take our business seriously and personally manage and oversee all site work and will always be available to you should you have questions or concerns.
• Follow Up Quality Checks and Builder’s Warranty – Even after the job is complete, our job is still not done.
